KEY PROJECTS

The 64North Gold Project, located in Alaska, USA, covers 357 km² and completely surrounds the 11 Moz Au Pogo Gold Mine owned by Northern Star Ltd (ASX: NST). Resolution's is currently focused on high grade gold prospects at East Pogo and the Sunrise and Tourmaline Ridge Prospects.

The Wollogorang Copper-Cobalt-Uranium Project, located in the Northern Territory, Australia, covers 3,825 km² in the McArthur Basin and is prospective for sedimentary-hosted battery metals, including copper, cobalt and hard rock uranium. It is fully-funded for the next 5 years through a farm-in agreement and JV agreement with mid-tier copper producer OZ Minerals Ltd (ASX: OZL). A recent VTEM survey identified 40 new conductors highlighting the copper potential of the project.

The Benmara Copper-Silver-Lead-Zinc-Cobalt Project, located in the Northern Territory, Australia covers 2,230 km² and is positioned on the Fish River Fault west of the polymetallic Walford Creek Deposit and Westmoreland Uranium Deposits. The Project is fully funded for the next 5 years through a farm-in and JV agreement with OZ Minerals Ltd.
